Customer feel HAPPY when telling LIE on U-Ship about his vehicle,that "my vehicle runs & drive, it is coming from private residence". Neither of this was true,when we called the pick-up location it was brought in our knowledge that it's an auction & the vehicle doesn't runs & drive.For 'INOP' vehicles,transporters charge $150 extra money,to compensate the customer we charge $50 ONLY.Next time customer should tell the truth about the condition of their vehicles,to avoid such situations on the web
