A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was not aware that the business was a state agency, and they are closed for the day so I am unable to pick the item up. I am unable to stay in the area until tomorrow due to other commitments

Had a few issues at both pickup and delivery, but nothing that could'nt be work't out. To all, deciption is very important, make sure yours is actuale or estimate!!.
