A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very nice Lady. I just cant stay long enough to meet her dates. I originally gave her a bid for June its now July, Miscommunication was all.. Ive been here 2 days I have to go. Thank you

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We agreed upon an end of July shipment. Provider reached out to me at end of June and asked if he could come the next day. I told him that he must be confused as our agreement was for the end of July. He said that it was and that he was confused. I reached out to him a week ago asking if he was still planning to pick up on July 26th as he had told me. He told me yes. Have been texting him all day, 7/24.. Got home to tonight and saw this cancellation request. Unbelievable.

Joe was an absolute lifesaver! I had a moving co. that forgot to deliver my daughter’s couch when moving from Fl to Va. Kept giving me the runaround about delivery and I had no confidence in them. Found Joe on uship. Everything about my transaction with him has been absolutely outstanding. From communication to picking up directly from mover’s warehouse to make it easier for me, he has just been so kind and helpful. Thanks so much Joe!! Could not be happier with your service!!!
