James was one of the best customers ever. The boat was perfectly ready to withstand a 3100 mile trip which makes our job that much easier. Communication was excellent and he understood the weather situation and was flexible. We wish him all the best and hope he has a great time this Summer catching those fish! Karen and Jim were outstanding! I couldn't imagine an easier or more pain-free way to ship my boat. My 24' Grady White was picked up on time and dropped off on time (earlier than I imagined possible). They kept me informed every step of the way with daily emails when things were going routinely and phone calls whenever there was a delay (weather). They braved some nasty weather conditions, but handled my boat with prudence, care and safety. Couldn't ask for anything more!
