Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

This is absolutely not true. Samplesmoving, the shipped who posted this comment did so in retaliation, because I filed a complaint with Uship and had our agreement dissolved.
In fact, 'Samples' was such an untrustworthy shipper, racking up something like four independent - but related - complaints in a couple of months, that Uship suspended his account. He is not even a registered Uship provider anymore.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After accepting Mr. Samples bid and paying the $20 deposit, I sent him an email asking him how we should proceed. He did not respond. I waited, perhaps a week, and then sent him another email asking him about proceeding; again, no response. I called Mr. Samples. No Response. It has now been practically a month since he "accepted" my shipping order. So - I would like to cancel my shipment and be refunded my deposit.
Also, I encourage you to review the pattern of negative feedback left for him
