The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time spoke to the shipper on friday 08/30/2019 one day prior to the shipping date , the shipper agreed to come to my place to pickup the contain of a 2 bedroom home at around 10:00AM , but by noon time the shipper hasn't come to my place yet after several phone call and email still no answer until today, so I decide to cancel this shipment and try to lace another shipper. if you can release the refund so i can pay for the next shipper by friday I'D really appreciate
