I used Critical Transport to ship 10 boxes from NC to NYC. Glenn was very communicative, and answered all my questions. He even offered to store the boxes until we had access to the new apartment. On his way to pick up the delivery, he stayed in touch so we would know when he was arriving. He offered to help us pack up a mattress pad and add it to the shipment, even though we did not have a box for it. The delivery was on time. I would definitely book his service again.
