The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This guy booked this shipment and left message all in a few hours time. Dispatcher called and left message after message was retrieved from busy company. Cancellation requested within 12 hours of booking all though it clearly states we have 2 days.

I am a customer! Shipper refers me as "this GUY"! "Not Mr. H" which shows his arrogant attitude. His reference to 2-3 days is for "pick-up" NOT contacting customer! I have never been treated so rudely by a shipper in years using Uship - AND I definitively want to leave a NEGATIVE for this nonsense - taking up so much of my time AND embarrassing me to my buyer! All I wanted was for him to contact me! He chose to be arrogant instead. When he finally emailed me - said call you few min but never did

Got 'er done! As the seller, I was seeking shippers for my 2 customers. Both my buyers were delighted with the service. Lloyd's was cheapest bids on both bikes & was prompt on pick-up & delivery. (Recommend a "heads-up" call before showing up next time though.)
