She had noted that shipment needed to deliever Mon. Aug 3rd, a 4-5 business day transit. I quoted, and stated a 7 business day transit, she accepted. I told her the issue, that if I picked this up on Monday with would not deliver till Wed or Thursday of the following week, 6-7 busindess days transit. I did have anoher option for here to meet here TIME frame for transit, but it was $200 more for GUARANTEED shipping. Please I am just trying to be fair.

I quoted for a 7 business day delivery and they wanted a CA to NY in 5 business days, I would have to send that Guaranteed and that was for more then I originally quoted.

Alex at Afino was amazing, he worked after hours and on weekends to help me get our shipment to it's destination on time. I goofed and didn't allow enough extra time. where others wanted to charge extra, he figured it would get there in time. I truely thinks he doesn't sleep, he answers my emails immediately and at all hours. I just got my tracking info and it looks like the shipment will beat my deadine and arrive early. This company is fantastic. We had variables, and they made sure they were met. Not only did they keep communications open via the phone and email, they used UPS, no insurance worries.
