Nancy is a fabulous lady to ship for. Her communication was stellar, she was very flexible with the pick up and delivery of her Uncles furniture, and we enjoyed talking with and getting to meet her at the drop off. Darla who met us at the pick up was also very sweet and helpful, both wonderful women to ship for. We were glad to be involved in getting these family antiques to her in Oklahoma. I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

My shipment was a bedroom set of furniture from my uncles home in CA to OK. Robyn is always on the ball and kept excellent contact from prior to pick up through final delivery. Bob is a great guy and fun to talk to while we got my stuff unloaded. He didn't want me to help with anything even though I did anyway! Best shippers on UShip in my opinion and when I have another need for transportation I will be sure to call Bob and Robyn!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper and I communicated very well after his initial bid but before I accepted his price. After I accepted, he called me right away. This was at 10pm(CST). He wanted to pick up the shipment either that night or the next morning by 11am(pst). That put me in a bind so I had to hire some people to get the furniture ready to be shipped in a few short hours but I agreed on the 11 am time. My estate manager arrived about an hour before the appointed time and waited all day for the shipper to arr
