The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received a message by phone from the Service Provider that they will no longer be able to accomodate my request. I would like my deposit refunded.
Response from ArtisanShipping:
By the time the shipper had accepted my bid I was already on the road and determined prior to my departure that I had not enough loads to schedule a return trip to NY. I had attempted to cancel the bid prior to my departure so that shipper would be aware of this fact yet the "cancel bid" did not go through. I am truly sorry for any misunderstanding regarding this matter.
