Driver changed and delayed delivery plans at least 4-5 times. Communication was spotty. Driver arrived unexpectedly after business hours at the antique store so no one was there to help him load. Luckily, the piece was outside and ready to go. I suggested that if it was too heavy, he find someone to help load and pay them $15. He took it upon himself to load. In the end, delivery was made and I do understand that bad weather was part of the forces at work. However, could have run much smoother

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver stated 2-3 times on different days that he would pick that day but never did pick up and is no longer responding to my urgent requests for communication. I have found another u-ship driver to do the job since this was under a deadline that required good communication for ETA for my customers on both ends of the job. Heidi
