The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately the Service Provider was unable to complete the shipment due to an issue with another shipment along their route. As such, it was not logistically feasible for the Service Provider to deliver my shipment. They promptly returned my shipment to the original pickup location and asked that the shipment be cancelled. They were very quick with communication and, aside from not being able to complete the delivery, they were pleasant to work with.

Michael was a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond to ensure that my shipment would be delivered promptly and safely. Even in the face of foul weather and unforseen traffic conditions, he still was able to deliver my shipment when he said he would. Communication was smooth and prompt. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider reached out to me and gave a shipping quote for my shipment - I did not reach out to them first - I accepted the quote that they offered me. They then said that they had a car accident the day that they were supposed to retrieve the shipment, but they only told me AFTER I reached out to them. Poor communication. This shipper has had several "car accidents" listed on their profile page. Avoid.

Excellent service! Communication was never an issue. Kept me informed every step of the way. Seller went above and beyond to ensure that my shipment was delivered safely and on time, even when circumstances beyond our control could have prevented it! Would highly recommend WB Movers and would most certainly use them in the future!
