The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Details of the shipment were provided and the driver was not able/willing to load the containers. I spoke with the scheduler in the OKC office and the only way they were going to ship them was if I loaded them on a trailer and brought them to the dock in OKC. I would like to reschedule with a different freight shipping company and see if we can get these shipped.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment UPS loaded the pallet and then unloaded it saying they did not have a brokerage agreement with us to deliver the pallet to Canada. We have attempted to resolve the issue but it has taken over 2 weeks and still no resolution. We have re-issued a BOL with SEFL and they will ship the pallet.
