After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Avoid this guy! This guy is terrible and He’s super racist too! he changed his attitude and started insulting me over the phone. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him, I provided all the information he requested but maybe he found someone cheaper and he’s trying to get away with this. I will not recommend working with him because he lied about the shipment to get a cheaper price. He told me I’m the 3 guy trying to take the load so he’s going to try to scam the next one too.

FRANK WAS VERY KIND AN UNDERSTANDING. MOVE WENT WELL BY CMMUNICATION. SENT RIGHT TRUCK TO DO JOB FOR ONE BED ROOM. ROOMS WHERE OVER STUFF LIKE STORAGE.DID OUR JOB VERY WELL TALKED OVER SHIPMENT WITH FRANK. HE UNDERSTOOD. WE MOVED A ONE BED ROOM HOUSE, THANKS FRANK FOR BEING KIND AN MAKING MOVE GO WELL. Wonderful people to work for/with here. Hope you get settled in with your large "family" and enjoy your new home. I sure hate you are having to sell the one in TN as it's really nice. We were very pleased with the professionalizm and how careful they were with our belongings. Their price was just as quoted. I would truly recommend them to anyone I know.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have made several attemps to call the provider and his box is full and no space, I have contacted uship about the problem 3 times and again am unable to contact the provider and I have not heard from the provider. I am not comfortable at this point even having them transport my animals if they cannnot be contacted. Frank Boccia

I must say that I was a bit concerned using uship and an unknown hauler. Richie made it a great experience, as he is easy to communicate with, and an excellent driver, as he had to back up about 250 feet with his trailer. He worked with us to load the horses and bull. They arrived as scheduled and had the horses on thier new pasture within 14 hours. I would highly recommend him any day of the week.
