Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This isn’t an accurate account of what actually happened. A regular cancellation is acceptable. I am out several hours of my time and some fuel based on a dispute between the arctic cat dealer and the customer that I was being threatened a law suit so I returned it based on the bad series of events that took place. I never miss represented my service as it was open transport & no damages would have been done hauling the snowmobile in the bed of my truck. I had moved a lot of others the same way.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When we accepted the quote from the service provider we were under the understanding that it would ship on a flatbed truck not loaded into the back of a pick up truck front end down which could cause damage to the snowmobile shipping it that way, so after speaking with the service provider we agreed he would just return it back to the dealer where it was originally picked up from.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried emailing, calling and texting the service provider never called back or emailed back. When call contact number receive message he is unavailable and a voicemail has not been set up. Reached out to Chelsa B. in your customer support department and she also placed a 3 way call to provider got same result. SHe also emailed provider and up to this date 10/2/19 have still received no response. Need to cancel and have a full refund issued as I must now start the process all over again.
