A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm sorry for this customer;but there was a scheduling conflict that I couldn't get the customers request for getting the shipment on the date he asked for.

I do not understand the reason why this customer was neutral with his feedback. Services were performed as promised. I picked up and delivered the car as agreed. When I left the customer I thought everything was OK.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider sent an email message stating that he would pick up and deliver my vehicle tues.9/3 and deliver 9/3 or 9/4. Didnt call or email.Called him tues. am,he gave several explanations, then said it might be wed. or thurs. or whenever he could get to it. I suggested canceling the bid altogether so that I could get someone who could deliver it when they say that they can deliver it.The brother agreed.
