After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider He kept communicating with us and led us to believe he was still shipping our dog. When I texted him to see what time he was picking the dog up he never responded. He had several hours to respond. Then we got an EMAIL that the trip was cancelled by him and he was rude about it. Would never recommend this shipper.
