Keene arrived promptly with a safe and very clean rig. He was patient with Sig who was a little hesitant to load. He provided fresh water and a net for our hay, and had plenty of shavings on the floor. He had an unfortunate wait in Birmingham as there was an accident delay, but he was prepared and kept the horses comfortable. Sig arrived at his destination in great shape....no sweating or dehydration. My recipient was thrilled and could not say enough good things about the ship!
