Shipper did three pickups for me, and when delivering them all did not deliver glass for a valuable coffee table. They left items at my business when I was not present and had someone else sign off. I presented them with video evidence that the glass was never delivered. They argued that since it was signed for that it did not matter. I tried to be diplomatic but the owner was argumentative and difficult. I would not recommend.
