I tried contacting shipper immediately via phone, email and text. All of which brought no reply. I finally had to cancel the shipment which delayed my booking and shipping process. Turns out the shipper's account was suspended by Uship for multiple similar incidences.

Rick was 100% on it from start to finish. Great communication great delivery start to finish. And when the seller wasn’t answering the phone at the scheduled time, Rick was super cool about it he just said no worries I’m happy to just hang out until he responds. The seller finally did and it all worked out. Rick also mailed the title rather than carry it with him with the machine. Just to be safe I guess. Hire this guy for sure!

I would fully recommend using Derek and hunter logistics. His communication was the best I've ever seen. Promp replies every time. The company making the slides didn't have the slides ready in time but Derek had a great attitude about it and just made it happen even though it was the other companies fault. Delivered the slides in perfect shape. Thank you!
