I was flexible, but it was a little bit difficult to pin down pickup and delivery times. Not to mention the snow storm that threw off our planing! Overall, everything was polite and efficient and all of my belongings arrived in good condition. Thanks for moving me!

first of all I want to thank you for being so understandable and flexible with our schedule,sorry for all the delays,and all our inconveniences,since we started late due to some inconveniences, my driver said elevator was taken from them around noon, so they had to use stairs for the rest of stuff, and on top of that drivers phone ran out of battery,
