A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have a family emergency and must return to ATL. I am unable to complete this shipment. Thanks, Roger Response from Lucy R.: Unfortunately the shipper had a family emergency and was unable to pick up the shipment as planned. I did appreciate his informing me of his situation rather than leaving me hanging, as others might have done. I would use this shipper again if the opportunity arose.

JoAnne and Eric were excellent! I was never left in the dark as to the status of the shipment. The carpet was big and bulky and Eric managed to wrestle it into his vehicle without disturbing the wrapping! It was delivered in record time (San Francisco to Oklahoma City) and the recipient was notified in a timely manner of the delivery! I would work with Safe2Ship again in a heartbeat! Tony was very helpful. The shipment was delivered in acceptable condition but with a strange discoloration of the cane on one side of the couch. Not a difficult thing to fix, but just wondering how it happened. At any rate, the shipment was late but I had told Tony that there was no rush on this. Overall, a good experience and I would certainly recommend using XTRACARE! Response from 1XTRACARE: Have no clue on the discoloration of the inside of the panel.We blanket and shrink wrapped it, in the home. No discoloration or dampness on the shrink wrap or blanket (Puzzled).We were 1 day late,but no rush. Thank you Lucy,it was a pleasure in doing business. Tony

The items were received in excellent condition. The provider was professional. I was in no hurry for the shipment to be either picked up or delivered so there were no problems with that aspect. However communication was slow, but eventually all questions were answered. I you are NOT in a hurry, I would give this group a high recommendation. However if you are working on deadlines and need your shipment picked up/delivered at a specific time, this may not be the company for you!
