Shipment arrived in good condition. They know how to ship. The biggest challenge was communication. A day would be given for an ETA, and then no communication until the day of. I was told Thursday for ETA, then when Thursday arrived, I was told that they would arrive Saturday instead. However, I wasn't available Saturday, and arranged Sunday. Sunday arrived, and they then tried to change to Monday. Which didn't work. Fortunately, they changed things and made the delivery Sunday evening.
