After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider We are a shipping company, we handle more that 60 cars a day per terminal, we deal with driver daily. Problems always happen, this case was a minor, where we ask him to pay $50 of storage and we will refund him the money immediately. We are not cancelling because the $50 , we have other ways to send the money to the auction. it's about the attitude that this driver had to us. Plus, we posted it "from business to business location" we don't understand why it's so difficult to understand.

My attitude was bad to you because I refused to pay your storage prices and then deliver to the port instead of the business address you had listed.. If you say people have attitudes because they refuse to pay your storage fees or bills no matter the cost of them then you yourself have issues!! pay your OWN bills and maybe next time this problem won't arise! My attitude was "I DONT PAY STORAGE FEES" doesn't your boss or business have a way to pay YOUR OWN bill's?? sorry that was so hard for you
