Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I am so close to pick up and because of a misunderstanding with payment code customer doesn't feel comfortable with continuing. Customer has listed pet twice now.

Much respect and aloha to this bradda right here and company! Brought our dog back safely to our ohana from da 9th island Las Vegas to the midwest. My chick Brittany and I couldn’t be any happier! Much ALOHAS!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Liz wanted me to relase the payment to her prior to pick and delivery, she also stated that she will not delivery my dog until the money reached her bank account which is not right at all. She seemed upset and was very pushy that I relased the payment to her prior to pickup and like I said told me she would have to sit with my dog while she waits for the depoist. Doesn't feel or sound right at all. She also would send me very vauge updates while en route.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He just stopped all communication, not sure what happened but he never showed up on the date he said he would. Hope all is well and bummed it didn't work out.
