if you are looking for a ponctual,patient,honest and helpful shipper besides of great rate,don't waste your time,Ray is the right shipper.i was lucky to find him to bring my machine from Florida after having a bad experience with an irresponsable shipper who left my machine thrown in a towing lot under rain when his truck broke down. he never called me back and answered my calls for 4 weeks till i flew and pay from him the storage to get my machine.thank god i found Ray.thanks Ray for your help

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period the service provider picked up my machine and disapeared, no show no call. i got tired of calling and leaving messages but no response.

he had family emergency and he failed to pick up the machine on time scheduled but he did his best to show up on the dead line and get it delivered to the port.he is a nice and helful guy, i recommend him.good luck Eric.

Honestly i've never met a such honest, helpful, patient and professional driver.the tractor that he was driving brook down in middle of the night but he didn't give up to let the tractor thrown in a small town. he worried alot about it and he stayed on the phone with me back and forth till he found a towing from 11 PM till 4 AM.he stayed the whole day next to the tractor and searching for a mechanic till i got there in the evening.chris,it's a pleasure to meet you.i highly recommand chris.thanx.
