Shipper delayed pickup and drop-off ultimately causing me more time and money. Also requested additional money ($500) in cash at pickup to be delivered to him upon delivery of items. Other people's items were on the truck as well. Overall dissatisfied with this shipper and the quality of service I received. Definitely went with this shipper because of good ratings but was highly dissatisfied with this company and their lack of respect for customers, especially females.

Worst customer I had ever had, and I’m not new to uShip. She had twice as much stuff than indicated in the uShip app and assured me at the pick up that she would like to take it all and pay extra. Upon delivery, 2 days transfer time btw, she tried to stiff me and not pay me what was agreed. She seems to be a nice person, but that ends very quickly once she was asked to stand behind her word. CARRIERS. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
