After three weeks, this broker hasn't been able to find me a TSP to do this shipment; their phone number is useless, as they never answer their phone. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional.

Our business hours are east coast time 10am-5pm, so west coast customers will have a time difference and will need to call at earlier times. We always responded back whether voicemail or email. Unfortunately sometimes rural areas can be problematic with delayed shipping. Please be sure to read your emails from Truck It Transport for options when times like this happen. We offer no fee shipping as well for these customers who continue to work with us.
