The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In the original quote from the shipper, I was told that they could get the car picked up either that day or the next day. I have requested an update, but the car still hasn't been picked up. The seller misrepresented the ability to pick up the vehicle quickly.

These guys were great. Kept me in the loop the entire move. This was not the easisiet of moves as I couldn't be there for pickup, but they worked everything out and were very polite and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again. A++++

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After SEVERAL re-schedulings and promised delivery dates, I received this email today "This email is to inform you that at this time we are unable to accommodate your move. We are currently short staffed by two drivers which is causing us to fall behind our schedule . We are willing to complete your move but it will have to be rescheduled. If this is not suitable for you, you have the option of cancelling your move with us. We apologize for the inconvenience this have caused."

Ernest was very helpful and did a great job. I was not able to be there, but he moved everything from my old house to the storage unit and was very accommodating - especially since everything was me "flying by the seat of my pants" and he made sure I was updated all the way. Thanks Ernest!

Bernard was an incredibly courteous and professional mover. I was impressed by his work ethic and his constant communication throughout the move. We needed to make change the move date (move sooner) and he gladly accommodated that.
At the last minute, I also needed Bernard to box my condo as well (I couldn't make it to Huntsville to do it myself) and he said "Absolutely - I can help." He is a can-do guy with a can-do attitude and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for a minute.

This husband and wife team are FANTASTIC! I couldn't believe the speed of the shipment. I won the Dune Buggy on Tuesday night, posted the ad on Wednesday, chose them on Thursday and this morning the Buggy was in my front yard. From Ohio to Alabama - and their communication was great. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any transportation. I was going to have to have the buggy disassembled for freight, but these guys were able to bring it to me already put together. I can't say enough. Thanks Chris
