There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved When booking the load we were planning to put the shipment on a step desk, the shipment is a motor grater, so it could not be loaded as it would hit in the middle. Since it could not be loaded I advised the customer she could cancel or pay additional funds to get an RGN type trailer. At this point she has chosen to cancel.
