I wish that I could give Richard TEN stars rather than topping out at 5. He has integrity and a professional attitude that is exemplary. From his first interaction it was all about what can he do to make me comfortable with his services. When I expressed concern about using an open trailer he rented a closed one. When I suggested he would need a helper rather than tackle the job by himself, he asked a friend to assist. He is a genius at packing and a conscientious expert. I would use him again.

This shipment was unlike any uShip experience I have had in the past. More expensive than budgeted. Charged additional fees outside of uShip price on pick-up. Took longer to deliver than anticipated, (but within DOT rules.) And damaged in transit. Delivered by a different company that was subcontracted by the provider. I should have known better than to chose a provider with no ratings so I certainly accept the blame. I would never use this provider again. I will use uShip freely in the future.

This customer listed 7 items and we showed up to over 20. We have the paperwork to prove. He then refuse to pay for any special packing on his fragile item that he disassembled himself poorly. We warned that the item might be damaged if not packed properly, he did not care and refused to pay. He was quoted based on 7 items that needed to be loaded & drive off. We took 3 hours to complete his pickup. He then started to complain why we needed go charge for 13+ additional items. We delivered him.

After some initial confusion everything worked out well. Communication was excellent. They really went the extra mile to make arrangements to meet my scheduling requirements for pick up and drop off. They wrapped and handled the furniture well and packed it into their truck expertly. They were pleasant and courteous and totally responsible. Well worth the money it cost me. I would definitely use them again. After initial hesitation it turned out to be one of the best uShip experiences I've had!

John is the best! Communicative, responsible and reliable. My best uShip experience so far. Price was good, service was excellent and my belongings were handled professionally. I recommend him with no reservations. AAA+++. Will use him again if I need transport.

The best uShip experience so far! Jeff and Julie were outstanding. Great communication. Extremely reliable. Economical goes without comment. On time and extremely careful handling. I would use them over and over again without hesitation. What a great team and fantastic service. AAAAA+++++!!!

Ken and Courtney did a good job. Communication is not their strong suit but they did come through and pick up and deliver pretty much on time. They were responsible, reasonable and reliable. I would use them again.

Although there were times when the communication was not ideal, overall the move was efficient and economical. The movers themselves were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They did a very professional job of packing and padding my belongings. Nothing was damaged in transit and the unloading was swift. I would definitely use them to move my things again. I strongly recommend them and suggest that patience may be necessary in terms of their response to voice mail, email and communications
