Frank is very professional, courteous, experienced and reasonably priced. He prepared a pre-hauling inspection report and made sure our boat was properly secured. We particularly liked the fact that Frank does not require a deposit - all payment was on a COD basis. Our concern was that paying a large deposit up front left us vulnerable to dishonest carriers. Frank provided us with daily telephone updates so that we could follow his progress. We would certainly use Frank again without hesitation.
