I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We sent an email to the email address of the shipper and have not received any type of response to date. But that’s fine if they want to relist it that is completely fine. We did have a truck sent to pick it up next week.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Elevated logistics has said that a driver would pick up the items last week for two days, no driver called or showed.
This week a driver was to call to show up on Mon or Tues and nobody had called or shown up to pick up the items.
My shop has relayed our times people would be there to assist and have heard from no body , I relayed on Monday that the load would be canceled on Wednesday if the load was not picked up by Monday or Tuesday.
This is all documented thru email.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When the provider was to pick up the equipment, they notified my men that their truck had been in an accident and wanted to know if equipment could be picked up at a later date. This was fine. We now have not been able to make contact with the provider to see what is going on. My men have texted and called, I have texted and there has been no response.
We need to get the equipment relisted for shipment or we are going to have to haul it ourselves.
