What can I say? Ed was a perfect gentleman. Honest, kind, and punctual. I would use his service again with no question.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very poor communication. I accepted this provider's offer of $525 to ship my sister's dog on May 10th and got nothing but radio silence after calling, texting, and emailing. I finally got a response on May 15th which was the agreed upon pickup date stating they were too far away at that point to come pick up the dog.

They took care of my cat as well as two extra carriers, communication was great and I even saw my cat's setup in the truck before they drove off with her. Would definitely use again
