I appreciated the shipper's flexibility with pickup time and delivery date. Mark was friendly, professional and took extra care to be sure the motorcycle was properly secured for shipping. Communication was easy. He responded to all questions promptly and stayed in touch regularly as we scheduled pickup and delivery. I highly recommend him and would use him again
