I no longer need my item(s) shipped This cancellation is ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION on the carrier. In my phone conversation with them, they were VERY professional, prompt and attentive. I had a last minute change in logistics that no longer requires shipping. Based on this brief interaction, I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

To say that I was impressed with Scott and his professionalism is an understatement. I wasn't sure at first about the whole U-Ship process, but Scott eased all of my concerns. He promptly provided me with his insurance coverage. He called me upon picking up my boat and again multiple times en route. If you're lucky enough to have a shipment in the Southeast, you HAVE to call Scott. You won't be sorry. Thanks Scott!
