These new guys made a bid and then canceled right before shipment because they said they 'didn't realize the delivery was out of L.A. Hello? North of San Fran is in another part of the state. They never looked at the map before bidding and couldn't do the job which is the actual reason why they canceled

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped The scheduling conflict was not with me but with the seller of the item to the customer. In fact, as Frannie notes, the seller apparently no longer had the item and this was only discovered when I went to pick up the item a few weeks ago and it became clear that there was no longer any item to be shipped.

He had 2 full weeks after booking before he had to pick up during whihc he could have made contact: I called and emailed him repeatedly with no return responses. This guys is a hack trying to grab as many bids as possible without any thought to whether he can actually service the customer. Get him off of Uship. He bids first and doesn't care if it turns out he can't make it to you. I am running a business with clients who rely on me and unprofessional shippers like this are BAD FOR BUSINESS.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Shipper set a price and bid: I accepted bid. I emailed with p/u details. Next day I got a reply from him saying he got a better paying load and didn't want to do it now. Called him and he said, "It is what it is. I wasn't paying attention to the mileage.." SERIOUSLY?? Mean time he marked the load both 'dispatched' and 'picked-up' tho it wasn't, but refused to cancel. Had to get Uship involved. Worst part, we'd already had a shipper cancel, so I'd noted CLEARLY that I now had a close deadline. T

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller of this item has refused to schedule a pick up time and refuses to release the item , and it has come to our attention that she re-sold the piece to another buyer so has scammed me out of my money, therefore the shipper is unable to pick up. I requested cancellation of this shipment right after booking it and a Uship agent said it would be taken care of, so I fail to see why the cancellation has not been completed

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Terms of the bid - set by the shipper, not me - were that he would pick up within 10 days of acceptance of bid, and deliver within 7 days of pick up. I have not once heard from him, I've called repeatedly and emailed, and never received a return call nor response via email. He does not answer his phone, either. This is highly unprofessional and I now have an angry client who still does not have chairs I promised to get to him in a timely manner. This kind of lack of courtesy should not be tolera
