A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tiffany and her team have been absolutely great and very professional . Through no fault of their own they could not pick up because the auction lost the items.
I sincerely hope to use them in the future and recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for someone to get the job done right.

As an antique and design dealer I ship old and sometimes fragile , valuable things including paintings and sculpture. Justin handled my paintings very well and took very good care of them in transit. Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Shipper set a price and bid: I accepted bid. I emailed with p/u details. Next day I got a reply from him saying he got a better paying load and didn't want to do it now. Called him and he said, "It is what it is. I wasn't paying attention to the mileage.." SERIOUSLY?? Mean time he marked the load both 'dispatched' and 'picked-up' tho it wasn't, but refused to cancel. Had to get Uship involved. Worst part, we'd already had a shipper cancel, so I'd noted CLEARLY that I now had a close deadline. T

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller of this item has refused to schedule a pick up time and refuses to release the item , and it has come to our attention that she re-sold the piece to another buyer so has scammed me out of my money, therefore the shipper is unable to pick up. I requested cancellation of this shipment right after booking it and a Uship agent said it would be taken care of, so I fail to see why the cancellation has not been completed
