I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to make several contacts with this provider since my booking, May 18th. I spoke with the contact only once. It was a horrible connection and I was cut off. She ensured me that she would call me back with a confirmation. She did not. She is impossible to contact. She does NOT respond to e-mails, phone calls, or texting messages. There is no way to leave a voice message because her mailbox always is full. I will expect my credit card to be credited asap...

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Customer was waiting for them to contact her on Friday evening as we had discussed, but they did not contact her on Friday.

I did speak with the customer (Mrs Miller) on Friday evening and she did not want the item P/U so late. I attempted 3 calls to the shipper afterward, left voice mails with no response. How much more can I do?!?!?
