Working with Susan was great. There was great communication, she was flexible with the pick up date and time and all the info she gave me was accurate. The addresses were correct and if I ever needed to call her, she was really easy to find. I wish all shipments were this easy.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider It seems that this service provider is brokering out loads and is being dishonest about what he is putting in for bids.

Customer received proof of bid not sure why it was book then payment made. Then complain about price before we can pick up? We do our best in getting the product to the location and will do what ever it takes to get it there on time.
