Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have one truck broke down and the enclosed horse trailer broke down that was intended for this shipment of this horse because of the destination of this horse in Wisconsin which has been and is still bitterly cold I have communicated with this shipper and have the phone calls and messages to support it. She wants this horse to endure a change which I am not comfortable doing with the equipment I have operating at this time another week or two may make the difference. Further, I was recently ho Response from Debbie S.: There has been communication...15 calls I have placed because the shipper would not call me back, did not respond to any voice mail and the only way I could speak with him was to get him to pick up the phone. He never mentioned anything about a trailer breaking down or about having to rely on an open-sided stock trailer, he told me he had "fibbed" to me on the phone about his truck being repaired and has proven to be completely unreliable. I certainly would not trust this man with my horse.

I was very pleased with the service from Sherry and Liz at S & E Transport. They were easy to deal with, very friendly, they answered my questions and delivered my baby in good condition. I would definitely use them again. Thank you, Sherry for taking good care of Shadow!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been waiting a month for the shipper to deliver my horse. I have been patient and understanding but enough is enough. I have placed 15 calls in the last month, have been told he was held up by weather, broke down in Oklahoma City for over a week, etc. He told me numerous times that he would be picking up my horse in the next few days and he never did. He did not call to apprise me of any changes. He does not return calls either. Response from cms256456: I have and still have 1 trk down due to bad fuel and my enclosed horse trailer is down for another week, This customer wants this this horse shipped to wisconsin and over the last three weeks has seen brutaly cold weather and It was not desireable for me to ship it in the open trailer I have in operation at this time. Another week may have made the difference but she desired to cancel which is fine and in agreement with me. I did communicate with her in a timely fashion Best of Luck my regrets
