Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Tried to reach Todd daily. Todd never returned any calls or emails after 5/23 when he said he would be at our place the next night. He missed our first date for shipment, we offered to extend two weeks with no response from him. I wish Todd would have simply called and said that he was longer interested in doing this serivce so that we could have found another provider. As a customer I am not sure what more we could have done to communicate or adjust the schedule.

Josh and Jon did an excellent job delivering our pontoon. Jon showed up on time as scheduled to pick up the boat and made the shipment as promised with no issues. Josh kept us informed everyday as to the status. We highly recommend them as a service provider and we would use them again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Note: I have exchanged emails with Heather W. (Account Representative) and she will issue a full refund versus the UShip credit mentioned on this form. To recap, I have made over 100 attempts to reach Todd be email and phone with no response since 5/23 when he promised he would be at my house 5/24. He was suppose to deliver the boat 5/25 in Havasu. I even extended an offer for him to deliver by 6/12 with no response.

uShip suspended my account due to a monetary dispute with a previous customer and went against their own policy. Uship left me stranded in the middle of no where by not letting me bid on other bookings in order to help me compensate for the loss that I occurred for a shipment earlier in the month.
