The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The warehouse will not take the order without the owner been there, also the want be to pick up the pallet and the owner take to the shop then drop owner off back at his house

Irvin Bryant alias Doug Bryant failed to deliver the car then tried to steal the car. I had to use a private detective to find the car, who then called the local police to recover the car. I believe this criminal has two priors for similar crimes. His so-called "absolute terrible experience" was because he was caught stealing my car.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Do to some personal circumstances, I am no longer going to be performing this kind of work. I am canceling all of my pending shipments and will no longer be accepting any work from uship.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Misunderstanding in initial shipping arrangements and fees associated with U-Ship. Customer requesting new shipment additional vehicle that I can not ship as this bid was for transport with a SINGLE CAR hauler. Will try to work with customer again if double car hauler can be provided. As of now we are not able to reach an agreement. Customer was a pleasure to speak with.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon contacting the seller I’m of this vehicle, I was advised that a previous shipper was unable to complete delivery. I inquired as to why. Seller stated that van does not run, which was not listed in the ad. Additionally, seller reports the van weighs significantly more than listed. The listed weight of the van was near my maximum GVWR for trailer. Based on overaized weight and inoperability, I can not safely fulfill this shipment. Had this been disclosed, I would not have bid on shipment.

I was the buyer of this vehicle, had not seen the vehicle before and did not have the specs for the vehicle. Therefore I provided the seller's contact details to the carrier so that the carrier could obtain the relevant info from the buyer. I did pass on the fact that the vehicle had extra equipment on board and was inoperable, to the carrier. I am not responsible for the communications between the seller and the carrier.
