Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The client had an extra pallet and an extra wheel that he never mention.

ADVTRANSPORTS called when their driver arrived to the site and said the shipment was significantly heavier than posted (18,500 lbs) and it had a pallet not identified. The pallet was a few operators manuals and extra filters I did not know it came with the extra parts but they could have easily been placed in the cab of the tractor. Tractordata.com lists the tractor at 14,715lbs and the attachment manufacturer (Tiger) lists the mower attachment at 3680 lbs.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider believed the item was heavier than listed after sending a driver to the site. Service provider was amendable to cancellation.
