A few minor hickups but everything went smoothly

Communication was good and I appreciated that.
Piano got nicked up a bit. Brian did a good job given that he was the only one moving it, but it really wasn't an one-person job at the delivery end. I was clear about the number of steps, but no concern was expressed about it.

piano was nicked because door entry was to small for the blankets that were protecting the piano, and the steps were not the problem yes piano should be a two man job, but for the price she got couldnt afford an extra guy, but the job got completed, and want to point out again the problem was with the door way, being just a bit to small, other than that everything went smoothly
