The customer accepted our bid for tow-a-way service on their item. The customer seemed to have a misunderstanding of this type of service therefore they then wanted to have flatbed service at the time of pickup. We could only offer this service at a later date. This became unacceptable by the customer and thus resulted in a cancellation of services. A negative review was given to us which we feel was entirely unnecessary for this situation.
