The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider initially was to pick up my shipment on 9 Feb 09, then rescheduled to 11 Feb 09, then again to 15 Feb 09. My customers were expected their goods this week(18-22 Feb).
Further, on Sunday the 15th, Tony, my contact, said he would find out where the truck was and call me back. He never did. On Tuesday, 17 Feb, I received a call from their driver. Too late. Most of the products had already been shipped as I had no idea when "wizard04" would pick anything up.
feb Response from wizard04: Lost in the shuffle is my best response. Driver did not communicate as directed. This was not a well organized move I agree. I feel your frustrations and thank you that they are not all this difficult to do. Thanks and sorry for bad communication on our part.

They moved two of the three but were "unavailable" to move the third because they did not like the $$ they had bid that was accepted by me.

Shipper was on time and well prepared. GMC motorhomes are difficult to move due to their low ground clearance and 26 foot length, but Vern Horsley came prepared. We moved 2 of the 3 RVs but I did not have the fittings needed to air the air bags on the third GMC. So he and I will tackle this one after another job I have planned for him. Expect a long term relationship with a like minded shipper as I continue in this business. Response from FlyingseahorseTransport: I worked with Michael for 3 days on this job and feel I gained a new friend. He’s hard working, honest, and generous. I look forward to working with him again.
Best of luck with your business “GMC Motorhome Reclamation Services”, Vern.

Earl was a little late, but it did not matter to me or buyer. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Will use him again soon for East Coast deliveries.
