They were very professional, communicated with me the whole way, flexible and held to what they said they'd do. Easy to work with and made the process stress free. VERY happy with them.

They communicated well from the start to pickup, through while on its way and coordinated during delivery. The car was picked up quickly and delivered when they said it would be. Easy and good service. Also they were always respectful and nice on the phone and or emails. Great service and i appreciated it as now a day its rare to get respectful customer service let alone a decent transport. Good job.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This carrier promised the pickup date and cost hence that's why i accepted that booking among the many others. In short, i had not heard back from them until the last day we agreed for pickup (when i had to call them)....They went on and on about how they don't have anyone to take the shipment! Why then did the make the offer. Worst yet, they said they can get it shipped but i would need to either pay them directly and 200 dollars MORE!!! Key point, they were seeing to make me pay them instead o
