Terrible! Showed up before item had been released and demanded more money for his mistakes. Loaded up on a flat bed at auction yard with a lift truck and did not pay attention to the fact I had no way to unload at delivery sight. Demanded $300 extra for his poor performance. My wife paid him to be rid of him.

On the app they have all wrong measurements. I went 200 miles to pick it up as the app showed me it wasn’t paid for it. In the app they put that they don’t need help loading or unloading it. The guy was so disrespectful. The guy that was there he was okay.
