There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper waited for me to get my truck fixed, I sent him my insurance papers and i did not know that it had been canceled due to non payment i was in the middle of moving and now i have to pay the payment plus the next in full before it gets reinstated,and i dont expect him to wait that long for me

Karen is terrific to deal with. Pickup was prompt, delivery was perfect. My boat and trailer are brand new and as you can imagine not cheap- and I'm SO glad that I put my trust in Karen to get it here safe and sound. I'm new to UShip and was apprehensive about hiring someone I'd never met to ship with. Karen made this experience painless, and I'd highly recommend her and will gladly use her again on my next purchase. Thanks Karen!!

This cancellation can be given thanks to a Drunk, Truck driver(OUTLAW,INDEPENDENT OWNER/OPERATOR),also had no insurance, He hit the back of my truck with his Rig crushed my box,The shipper waited for me to get my truck fixed, Sent him my insurance found out that i was cancelled,they needed the amount due plus the next quater up front i did not have that much to take care of it at the moment did not want him to wait any longer for his boat told him to cancel,he is a very nice guy sorry for this
